1. How can I check the status of my order?
You can monitor the status of your order via this link: https://crypto-pharmacy.io/order-status/
You need to enter your order number + email address (that you used during the checkout) to see the status.
2. Where can I find my trackingcode?
If you have ordered with Track&Trace you can check your tracking code via this link: https://crypto-pharmacy.io/order-status/
For Security reasons the trackingcodes will be deleted after 2 months.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept the following payment methods:
- Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR)
- PayPal (max. 80€)
- SEPA bank transfer
4. I have never used Bitcoin. What is the easiest way to pay with Bitcoin?
Coinbase.com (ID verification required)
- Create an account on Coinbase.com
- Buy Bitcoin on Coinbase.com (Bitcoin will be credited to your Coinbase account)
- Place an order on our website
- Click the “SEND” button on coinbase.com
- Fill in the amount + receiving address (both displayed on our checkout page)
- Done. Coinbase will send the Bitcoin.
You don’t need to have an own Bitcoin wallet to carry out these 2 methods. No technical knowledge is required. Alternative to Coinbase: Bitpanda.com
5. How long does it usually take to receive my package?
- 2-7 working days, depending on your location.
6. I have paid for an order but did not receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Unfortunately, some email providers mark our emails as spam and they do not get delivered to your mailbox. If you have not received a payment confirmation email please contact us and we will confirm your payment manually. Please make sure to check your spam folder before contacting us.
(don’t use “mail.ru” email addresses or other exotic email providers. Our emails to mail.ru email addresses are often not delivered )
7. How will I know that you have received my Payment?

You need to enter your order number + email address (that you used for your order) in order to see the status.
- Bitcoin – After you have made the payment you will get an immediate success message (‘PAID’) on the checkout page. As soon as the transaction has been confirmed by the bitcoin network you will get an automatic email (please check your spam folder). This can take a couple of minutes or a few hours (depending on the amount and fee that you used).
- PayPal – You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you have made the payment. Unfortunately, some email providers mark our emails as spam and they do not get delivered to your mailbox. If that happens please contact us and we will confirm your payment manually.
- SEPA – You will receive a confirmation email when the amount has been credited to our account. In most cases this takes 1-2 working days.
8. I have sent you an email. When can I expect an answer?
- We usually answer within 24 hours. If you dont receive an answer, please try to send your email with a different email provider. Also avoid using Mailclients like Thunderbird (they sometimes filter emails). Instead log in directly to your email account via a web browser.
(don’t use “mail.ru” email addresses. Our emails to mail.ru email addresses are often not delivered )
9. How much are the shipping costs?
- Please have a look at the SHIPPING tab in the top menu. The shipping costs are also displayed during the checkout process.
10. What is the expiration date of the products that you ship?
- The expiration dates can be found here.
11. From which country do you ship?
- Due to security reasons we dont want to make this public. It is an EU-country in the Schengen area.
12. My order is urgent. Can you ship with express?
- No, we cannot ship with express and we also cannot guarantee a specific delivery period since this is beyond our control.
