1. Which payment methods do you accept at Crypto Pharmacy?

At Crypto Pharmacy we accept the following payment methods:

  • Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR)
  • PayPal
  • SEPA bank transfer

2. I have never used Bitcoin. What is the easiest way to pay with Bitcoin?

Method 1 – Litebit.eu (no ID verification required)

  1. Create an account on www.litebit.eu
  2. Click on ‘BUY CREDITS’ on www.litebit.eu/en/account/credits
  3. Buy credits via SEPA bank transfer or iDeal
  4. Click on ‘BUY BITCOIN’
  5. Fill in the amount + receiving address (both displayed on our checkout page)
  6. Choose ‘Litebit Credits’ as payment method and click ‘next’.
  7. Done. Litebit will send the Bitcoin.

Method 2 – Coinbase.com (ID verification required)

  1. Create an account on Coinbase.com
  2. Buy Bitcoin on Coinbase.com (Bitcoin will be credited to your Coinbase account)
  3. Place an order on our website
  4. Click the “SEND” button on coinbase.com
  5. Fill in the amount + receiving address (both displayed on our checkout page)
  6. Done. Coinbase will send the Bitcoin.

You don’t need to have an own Bitcoin wallet to carry out these 2 methods. No technical knowledge is required. Alternative to Coinbase: Bitpanda.com


3. How long does it usually take to receive my package?

  • 2-7 working days, depending on your location.

4. I have placed an order but did not receive a confirmation e-mail.

  • Please give us up to 24 hours to confirm your payment. Every payment will be confirmed. If you have not received a confirmation email after 24 hours please contact us. Make sure to check your spam folder before contacting us.

5. How will I know that you have received my Payment?

  • Bitcoin – After you have made the payment you will get an immediate success message (‘PAID’) on the checkout page. As soon as the transaction has been confirmed by the bitcoin network you will get an automatic email (please check your spam folder). This can take a couple of minutes or a few hours (depending on the amount and fee that you used).

  • PayPal – You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Please be informed that PayPal payments are checked manually by us and therefore it can take some time until you receive a confirmation.

  • SEPA – You will receive a confirmation email when the amount has been credited to our account. In most cases this takes 1-2 working days.

6. I have sent you an email. When can I expect an answer?

  • We usually answer within 24 hours. All messages will be answered.

7. How much are the shipping costs?

  • Please have a look at the SHIPPING tab in the top menu. The shipping costs are also displayed during the checkout process.

8. What is the expiration date of the products that you ship?

  • You can find the expiration date of the current batch at the end of each product description.

9. From which country do you ship?

  • Due to security reasons we dont want to make this public. It is an EU-country in the Schengen area.

10. My order is urgent. Can you ship with express?

  • No, we cannot ship with express and we also cannot guarantee a specific delivery period since this is beyond our control. If your order is urgent, please order at another shop.
